Ingredients
500gms okra sliced
2-3 green chilies sliced (optional)
1 tsp salt
1 tsp red chili powder
1 tsp dry mango powder
1 tsp coriander powder
2 tbsp mustard oil
Procedure
Use damp cloth to clean okra.
Cut its end points and slit it.
Take a bowl and mix spices.
Fill okra with mix spices.
Heat oil in kadai.
Add okra and cook on medium low flame for 15-20 mins.
Do not cover it and keep stiring.
For Serving
Serve hot Okra with curd and chapati and enjoy.
