Ingredients
1 onion finely chopped
1-2 green chilies finely chopped
4 tbsp besan
1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp red chili powder
1 tsp dry mango powder
Bread
Oil for greasing
Water as required
Procedure
Take a mixing bowl
Add besan and spices add water to thick consistency and whisk to smooth batter
Add onions, green chilies and ginger garlic paste and mix well
Add water as required
Heat griddle and cook bread from one side
Turn it and let it cook for the other side on low medium flame
Spread the besan paste on the cooked bread and turn it.
Spread the besan paste on the other side and cook well ( this step is optional, you can have besan toast while applying the spread on one side also)
Add oil as required
