Besan Sheera

(Serves 2)








Ingredients


  1. 1/2 cup chickpea flour (Besan)

  2. 1 cup milk

  3. 1/2 cup sugar

  4. 3-4 tbsp ghee

  5. 10-15 almonds chopped

  6. 5-6 saffron strands

  7. 1/2 tsp turmeric powder

  1. Take a heavy pan and add ghee.

  2. Add chickpea flour and mix well.

  3. Roast it well on low flame, till it turns aromatic and changes color.

  4. Add some chopped almonds and roast further for 5 mins.

  5. Add milk on low flame and keep stiring.

  6. Add sugar and mix well.

  7. Add saffron strands and mix well.

  8. Add turmeric powder and give it a nice stir.


For Serving

Garnish it with chopped almonds and Enjoy this during the Cold Winter Night,
