Besan Parantha




Ingredients


  1. 500gms okra sliced

  2. 2-3 green chilies sliced (optional)

  3. 1 tsp salt

  4. 1 tsp red chili powder

  5. 1 tsp dry mango powder

  6. 1 tsp coriander powder

  7. 2 tbsp mustard oil


Procedure

  1. Use damp cloth to clean okra

  2. Cut its end points and sliced

  3. Take a bowl and mix spices

  4. Fill okra with mix spices

  5. Heat oil in kadai

  6. Add okra and cook on medium low flame for 15-20 mins

  7. Do not cover it and keep stiring.


For Serving

Serve hot okra with curd and chapati and enjoy.
