Besan Chilla

Ingredients


  1. 1 medium onion finely chopped

  2. 1 small capsicum finely chopped

  3. 1 small carrot finely chopped

  4. 1-2 green chilies finely chopped

  5. 4-5 big spoon besan

  6. Salt to taste

  7. 1 tsp red chili powder

  8. 1 tsp dry mango powder

  9. 1 tsp ajwain

  10. 1/2 tsp asafetida (hing)

  11. Oil for greasing


Procedure

  1. Take a mixing bowl and add besan

  2. Add spices and mix well

  3. Add water as required for thin batter

  4. Check the spices and if required add spices as per ur taste

  5. Add veggies and mix well

  6. Heat non stick pan and grease with oil

  7. Add 2 karchi of batter and spread it

  8. Add little oil and let it cook from one side on high medium flame

  9. Flip it and let it cook from other side

  10. One’s cooked apply ghee and serve


For Serving

Serve hot besan chilla with coriander chutney or sauce and tea
