Beetroot Vegetable Cutlet

(Serves 4)





Ingredients


  1. 3 beetroot (grated)

  2. 1 big potato (boiled)

  3. 4-5 carrot finely chopped

  4. 1 big capsicum finely chopped

  5. 100 gms cottage cheese (paneer) grated

  6. 3-4 green chilies finely chopped

  7. 1 tbsp grated ginger

  8. 1 cup bread crumbs

  9. Salt to taste

  10. 1 tsp red chili powder

  11. 1 tsp dry mango powder

  12. 2 tsp chaat masala

  13. Cashews split in two for garnishing


Procedure




  1. Take a mixing bowl.

  2. Add grated beetroot, carrot, capsicum, cottage cheese, green chilies and ginger.

  3. Mix well.

  4. Add bread crumbs and spices.

  5. Mix well.

  6. Make small balls and flat it just like tikki.

  7. Press cashews just like in video or photo and keep it aside.

  8. Pre heat the air fryer at 180 degrees for 5 mins.

  9. Now add the beetroot veg cutlet in the air fryer basket.

  10. Set the air fryer for 10-12 mins.

  11. Check in between.

For Serving

Serve hot Beetroot Vegetable Cutlet with fresh coriander chutney or tomato sauce and enjoy
