Bathua Raita

(Serves 2-3)





Ingredients


  1. 100-150gms lamb's quarters (bathua)- washed and chopped

  2. 200 gms whisk curd

  3. 1-2 green chilies finely chopped

  4. 1 tbsp grated ginger

  5. Salt to taste

  6. 1/2 tsp black pepper powder

  7. 1/2 tsp roasted cumin powder

  8. 1 tbsp mustard oil



Procedure





  1. Heat oil in a pan.

  2. Add lamb's quarters leaves and roast it nicely for 8-10 mins on low medium flame.

  3. Keep it aside and let it cool down completley.

  4. Muddle it nicely.

  5. Take a serving bowl, add whisk curd,

  6. Add green chilies, ginger and bathua.

  7. Add salt, cumin and black pepper powder.

  8. Give it a nice mix,


For Serving


Your BathuaRaita is ready to serve.. Enjoy it with your Lunch or Dinner..
