(Serves 2-3)
Ingredients
100-150gms lamb's quarters (bathua)- washed and chopped
200 gms whisk curd
1-2 green chilies finely chopped
1 tbsp grated ginger
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp black pepper powder
1/2 tsp roasted cumin powder
1 tbsp mustard oil
Procedure
Heat oil in a pan.
Add lamb's quarters leaves and roast it nicely for 8-10 mins on low medium flame.
Keep it aside and let it cool down completley.
Muddle it nicely.
Take a serving bowl, add whisk curd,
Add green chilies, ginger and bathua.
Add salt, cumin and black pepper powder.
Give it a nice mix,
