Ingredients
For Brinjal
1 brinjal slices
For sprinkling
Salt
Red chili powder
Dry mango powder
For Batter
3-4 tbsp besan
Salt to taste
1 tsp red chili powder
1 tsp dry mango powder
Pinch of asafetida
Water as required
Procedure
Take a plate or bowl and spread brinjal slices
Sprinkle the spices and keep it aside for 15-20 mins.
Take a mixing bowl
And the ingredients and make a smooth batter
Dip the brinjal in besan batter
Deep Fry them in oil
For Serving
Sprinkle the chaat masala and enjoy the brinjal fritters with chutney and tea.
