(Serves 2)
Ingredients
2 glass of milk
1 tbsp custard powder
8-10 almonds chopped
5-6 saffron strands
1 tsp Sugar/ Jaggery Powder or as per taste
Procedure
Take a mixing bowl.
Add 1/4 cup of milk, custard powder and mix it well.
Add saffron and give it a quick mix and keep it aside.
Take a saucepan, add remaning milk, heat it.
Add almonds and sugar, bring a boil.
Lower the flame and add prepared Custard powder milk, on low flame.
On low flame, let it cook for 6-7 mins.
For Serving
Garnish it with chopped almonds and Enjoy this during the Cold Winter Night,
