Babycorn Shooters

(Serves 2)






Ingredients


  1. 200 gms baby corns

  2. 100 gms panner (cottage cheese cut in cubes)

  3. 1 capsicum (chopped in cubes)

  4. 2 tbsp curd

  5. 2 tbsp coriander chutney

  6. 1 tsp red chiliflakes

  7. 1 tsp mixed herbs

  8. 1 tsp peri peri masala

  9. 1 tsp chaat masala

  10. Toothpick



Procedure







  1. Take a mixing bowl.

  2. Add paneer, capsicum and babycorns.

  3. Add spices, curd and coriander chutney.

  4. Mix well the ingredients and keep it aside for 10-15mins.

  5. Pre heat the air fryer at 180 degrees for 5 mins.

  6. Take a toothpick, add capsicum, paneer and babycorn. (shown in image below)

  7. Repeat this step, till all shooters are ready.

  8. Add it in pre heated air fryer basket.

  9. And set it for 5-7 mins at 180 degrees.

  10. Shake it in between.


NOTE : You can make it on griddle as well. All you need to brush oil nicely. Keep the prepared shooters and on low medium flame, let it cook from both the sides.


For Serving

Serve your Babycorn Shooters with coriander chutney or tomato ketchup. Enjoy!!
