Ingredients
200 gms Baby Corn (sliced)
1 onion cut in cubes
1 small onion paste
2 tomatoes paste
1 tsp grated ginger
1 tsp grated garlic
2-3 green chilies finely chopped
1 tsp salt
1 tsp red chili powder
1 tsp dry mango powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp garam masala
1 tbsp fresh cream
2 tbsp mustard oil
Procedure
Heat oil in a pan.
Add sliced babycorn and onion cubes.
Sauté it for 4-5 mins on low medium flame.
Switch off the flame and take it out and keep it aside.
In same oil, add grated ginger, garlic and chopped green chilies, toss well for 2-3 mins.
Add onion paste and mix well.
Add 1/2 cup water and mix well.
Cover it with a lid and let it cook for 8-10 mins on low flame.
Add tomato paste and mix well.
Cover it with lid and cook for 8-10 mins on low flame.
Add spices and mix well.(Skip adding garam masala)
Add sauté babycorn and onion cubes.
Mix well.
Add water and cover it with a lid, and cook for 8-10 mins on low flame.
Add cream and mix well.
Add garam masala and mix again.
Let it cook on low flame for 5-7 mins.
For Serving
Serve hot BabyCorn Do Pyaaza with curd and chapati and enjoy!!
