Avocado Hummus

(Serves 2-3)






Ingredients


  1. 1 cup boiled white chickpeas

  2. 2 ripe avocado

  3. 3-4 garlic cloves

  4. 2-3 green chilies

  5. 2-3 tbsp olive oil

  6. Salt to taste

  7. 1 lemon juice

  8. 5 chopped garlic and Chili flakes for garnishing

  9. 1/2 cup water




Procedure



  1. Take a grinder.

  2. Add boiled white chickpeas, avocado.

  3. Add garlic cloves, green chilies.

  4. Add salt, lemon juice and olive oil.

  5. Grind it.

  6. Open the lid and add water to make smooth paste.

  7. Mix well and grind again.

  8. Add the hummus in a serving bowl.




For Serving

Garnish it with 1 tbsp olive oil and sprinkle Chiliflakes and chopped garlic. Serve it with toasted bread or garlic toast and Enjoy!!
