Ingredients
1 cup rice ( washed )
1/2 cup channa dal ( soaked in water )
1-2 wadiya (crushed and roasted)
1 onion sliced
1 tsp cumin
Salt to taste
1 tsp red chili powder
1 tbsp ghee

Heat ghee in pressure cooker and add cumin, toss for a min.
Add onions and cook till it changes color.
Add wadiya and cook for 5 mins on low flame.
Add soaked channa dal and mix well.
Add spices and mix well.
Add rice and double water as rice, stir well
Cover it with lid
After a whistle, lower the flame for 2-3 mins and switch off the flame
For Serving
Garnish it with fresh coriander or ghee and serve hot with curd.
