Aloo Parantha (Navratri Special)

Ingredients


  1. 4-5 boiled potatoes mashed

  2. 3-4 green chilies

  3. Grated ginger

  4. 1 cup singhare ka aata (water chestnut flour)

  5. 1/2 cup kuttu ka aata (buckwheat flour)

  6. Senda namak as per taste

  7. 1/2 tea spoon red chili powder

  8. 1/2 tea spoon coriander powder

  9. Ghee for greasing




Procedure


  1. Take a big bowl and add all the above ingredients expect ghee.

  2. Add water and knead it to smooth dough. ( it should not be tight)

  3. Take some water in a bowl

  4. Make medium size balls. Wet your hand with water and flatten that ball in your palm.

  5. Grease the tawa with ghee and put that flatten ball on tawa and with the help of water, press it.

  6. Grease it with ghee and set tawa on low flame

  7. Cook it from both the sides and apply ghee
