Aloo Paneer Bread Roll

(Serves 2-3)





Ingredients


  1. 4 boiled potatoes

  2. 1 bowl paneer (cottage cheese) crumpled

  3. 2-3 green chilies finely chopped

  4. 1 tsp roasted cumin seeds

  5. Salt to taste

  6. 1 tsp red chili powder

  7. 1 tsp dry mango powder

  8. Bread of your choice

  9. 1 bowl of water

  10. Oil for brushing


Procedure




For Filling

  1. Take a mixing bowl.

  2. Add potatoes and mash it nicely.

  3. Add paneer and green chilies.

  4. Add spices (salt, red chili powder, dry mango powder and roasted cumin seeds).

  5. Mix well all ingredients and keep it aside,


For Air Fried Bread Rolls

  1. Take a bowl of water.

  2. Dip one bread in water and squeeze excess water.

  3. Add the potato filling and bind together with both hands.

  4. Repeat this process with other breads and keep it aside.

  5. Meanwhile, pre heat the air fryer at 180 degrees for 5-10 mins.

  6. Now add the prepared rolls in the air fryer basket.

  7. And set the air fryer for 10 mins at 180 degrees.

  8. Brush oil nicely on the rolls.

  9. Set the air fryer for 5 more mins.

  10. Keep shaking the basket in between.

Note- You can even deep fry it. Fry it till golden brown in color on medium high flame.
