(Serves 2-3)

Ingredients
150-200 gms Spinach (washed and chopped)
2 Potato (cut in cubes)
2 Onion (paste)
2 Tomato (paste)
1 tsbp Ginger Garlic and Green chili paste
Salt to taste
1 tsp red chili powder
1 tsp dry mango powder
1 tsp garam masala
2-3 tbsp mustard oil
Procedure
Heat oil in a pan.
Add ginger,garlic and green chili paste.
Toss it for a min or two.
Add onion paste and mix it well.
Cover it and cook it on low flame for 10-12 mins, till it is nicely cooked.
Add potatoes and give it a nice mix.
Add 1/2 cup water and cover it and let it cook for 10-12 mins on low flame.
Add tomato paste and give it a nice mix.
Let it cook for 5-7 mins on low medium flame.
Add spinach, give it a nice mix.
Cover it and let it cook for 8-10 mins on low flame.
Add spices, give it a nice mix.
Cover it with a lid and cook for a min or two.
For Serving
Pour in some ghee on hot, and serve Aloo Palak with some Chapatti and Enjoy!!
