Aloo Kuttu Ke Pakode

(Serves 2)





Ingredients


  1. 2 potatoes finely chopped

  2. 2-3 tb spoon kuttu ka aata (buckwheat flour)

  3. 1-2 green chilies finely chopped

  4. 1 tsp grated ginger

  5. Senda namak to taste

  6. 1 tsp cumin

  7. 1/2 tea spoon red chili powder

  8. 1/4 cup water

  9. Ghee for greasing



Procedure:





  1. Take a mixing bowl, add potatoes, green chilies and ginger.

  2. Add spices and buckwheat flour.

  3. Add water and mix it well.

  4. Make a thick consistency of it.

  5. Take a Appe maker, add ghee and heat it.

  6. Pour 1 tbsp of the Pakoda mix, in the cavity and add drop of ghee.

  7. Cover it with a lid, on low flame let it cook for 8-10 mins.

  8. Gently flip and and cook from the other side for 7-8 mins.




For Serving
