(Serves 2)

Ingredients
2 potatoes finely chopped
2-3 tb spoon kuttu ka aata (buckwheat flour)
1-2 green chilies finely chopped
1 tsp grated ginger
Senda namak to taste
1 tsp cumin
1/2 tea spoon red chili powder
1/4 cup water
Ghee for greasing
Procedure:
Take a mixing bowl, add potatoes, green chilies and ginger.
Add spices and buckwheat flour.
Add water and mix it well.
Make a thick consistency of it.
Take a Appe maker, add ghee and heat it.
Pour 1 tbsp of the Pakoda mix, in the cavity and add drop of ghee.
Cover it with a lid, on low flame let it cook for 8-10 mins.
Gently flip and and cook from the other side for 7-8 mins.
For Serving
