Aloo ki Sabzi

Serves 4






Ingredients


  1. 4-5 boiled potatoes (mashed)

  2. 4-5 grinded tomatoes

  3. 2-3 green chilies grinded

  4. 1 tea spoon grated ginger

  5. Senda namak to taste

  6. 1 tea spoon cumin seeds

  7. 1/2 tea spoon red chili powder

  8. 1/2 tea spoon dry mango powder

  9. 1/2 tea spoon coriander powder

  10. 1 tbsp ghee


Procedure





  1. Take a kadai or pressure cooker.

  2. Heat ghee and add cumin seeds.

  3. Add ginger and stir well.

  4. Add tomato green chili paste and cook well for 8-10 mins.

  5. Add all the spices and stir well.

  6. Add mashed potatoes and cook well further for 10-15 mins.


For Serving


Serve aloo ki sabzi with puri.
