Ingredients
4-5 boiled potatoes (mashed)
4-5 grinded tomatoes
2-3 green chilies grinded
1 tea spoon grated ginger
Senda namak to taste
1 tea spoon cumin seeds
1/2 tea spoon red chili powder
1/2 tea spoon dry mango powder
1/2 tea spoon coriander powder
1 tbsp ghee

Take a kadai or pressure cooker.
Heat ghee and add cumin seeds.
Add ginger and stir well.
Add tomato green chili paste and cook well for 8-10 mins.
Add all the spices and stir well.
Add mashed potatoes and cook well further for 10-15 mins.
For Serving
Serve aloo ki sabzi with puri.
