AirFried Eggplant

Ingredients



  1. 1 brinjal (roundly cut)

For sprinkling

  1. Salt

  2. Red chili powder

  3. Dry mango powder

  4. Turmeric powder



Procedure


  1. Take a plate, spread the roundly cut brinjal.

  2. Sprinkle the spices and keep it aside for 15-20 mins.

  3. Pre heat the air fryer for 5 mins at 160 degrees.

  4. Keep the coated brinjal in air fryer basket and set the fryer for 7-8 mins.

  5. Keep shaking it in between.


For Serving

Enjoy the Air Fried Eggplant with tomato ketchup..
