Ingredients
1kg baby potatoes (nicely washed)
2-3 green chilies finely chopped
1.5 tsp cumin seeds
Salt to taste
1.5 tsp red chili powder
2 tsp dry mango powder
1 tsp coriander powder
2 tbsp mustard oil
1/2 tsp asafetida (hing)
Procedure

Pre-heat the air fryer at 180 degrees for 8-10 mins.
Add baby potatoes in the fryer basket.
Sprinkle some oil and set the air fryer at 180 degrees for 20-25 mins.
Keep shaking it in between.
In total it will take 45-50 mins for your potatoes to be ready.
Heat oil in wok (kadai).
Add cumin seeds and asafetida, let it crackle.
Add potatoes and green chilies and mix well .
On low medium flame keep stiring for 5-7 mins.
Add spices and mix well.
Sprinkle some water and Cover it with a lid for 8-10 mins on low flame, till your potatoes are nicely cooked.
For Serving
Serve hot potatoes with curd and chapatti... Enjoy!!

Ishri’s Kitchen Tip
If potatoes are big in size, cut in half but do not peel them.
Note - You can cook these potatoes in a big wok as well on low medium flame.
