(20-25 Tikkis)
Ingredients
10-11 boiled potatoes
1 cup peas
2-3 green chilies
1 tea spoon grated ginger
2 tb spoon olive oil
1 tea spoon cumin and sauf (roasted)
Salt to taste
2 tea spoon red chili powder
2 tea spoon dry mango powder
1 tsp coriander powder
Bread Crumbs
Procedure
Take a kadai and heat oil.
Add cumin seeds and toss for a min.
Add ginger and cook for a min.
Add peas and sauté well for 10 mins on low flame.
Add all spices and mix well.
Add boiled mashed potatoes and switch off the flame.
Mix all the ingredients well.
Roll it to a ball and press a little, giving it a shape of tikki
Now coat it well it bread crumbs and keep it aside.
Pre heat the air fryer at 180 degrees for 6-7 mins.
Add coated tikki in air fryer basket and set it for 8-10 mins.
After 5 mins, brush some oil (optional).
Check it in between, after 8 mins your Tikki will be ready.
For Serving
Serve hot Air Fried Aloo Tikki with coriander chutney or sauce.. Enjoy!!
