Air Fried Aloo Chaat

Ingredients


  1. 5-6 potatoes washed and cut (1inch)

  2. Coriander Chutney

  3. Methi Sonth (optional)

  4. Salt to taste (senda namak)

  5. 1 tsp red chili powder

  6. 1-1.5 tsp dry mango powder

  7. Oil for greasing (optional)


Procedure - Air fryer (healthy Way)





  1. Pre heat the air fryer for 5 mins at 180 degrees.

  2. Add potatoes in the basket and set it for 5 mins.

  3. Add oil for greasing.

  4. Set the fryer for 20-25 mins.

  5. Keep checking it in between.

  6. Shake the basket.

  7. Cook till golden brown in color.

  8. Take a mixing bowl, add air fried potatoes.

  9. Add coriander chutney, methi sonth and spices.

  10. Mix well.

Serve Air Fried Aloo Chaat and enjoy!!
