Ingredients
5-6 potatoes washed and cut (1inch)
Coriander Chutney
Methi Sonth (optional)
Salt to taste (senda namak)
1 tsp red chili powder
1-1.5 tsp dry mango powder
Oil for greasing (optional)

Pre heat the air fryer for 5 mins at 180 degrees.
Add potatoes in the basket and set it for 5 mins.
Add oil for greasing.
Set the fryer for 20-25 mins.
Keep checking it in between.
Shake the basket.
Cook till golden brown in color.
Take a mixing bowl, add air fried potatoes.
Add coriander chutney, methi sonth and spices.
Mix well.
For Serving
Serve Air Fried Aloo Chaat and enjoy!!
