Aate Ki Pinni

(48-50 Pieces)







Ingredients


  1. 750 gm wheat flour

  2. 1.5 cup (750gm) ghee

  3. 1.5 cup powdered sugar (can be adjust according to your taste)

  4. 100 gm watermelon and muskmelon seeds

  5. 3-4 tsp cardomum powder

  6. 1-1.5 cup alomds

  7. 1-1.5 cup cashew

  8. 2-3 cup foxnuts

  9. 50 gms ginger powder

  10. 50 gms edible gum (gond)

For Dry Fruits


  1. Take a pan.

  2. Add 3-4 tbsp of ghee and add edible gum.

  3. Deep fry it, until it puff up and changes color (keep it aside).

  4. Now add foxnuts, roast it for 8-10 mins on low flame.

  5. Now add alomnds and cashews, roast it for 8-10 mins on low flame. (I have dry roasted both the things, you can roast it in ghee as well)

  6. Now let it cool completely and coarse grind it.

  7. Now coarse grind it and keep all the roasted dryfruits and edible gum aside.


For Aate ki Pinni


  1. Take a heavy wok.

  2. Add ghee and wheat flour in batches.

  3. Mix well.

  4. On low medium flame keep stiring for 25-30 mins.

  5. You will see, wheat flour start releasing ghee, It means wheat flour is ready.

  6. Switch off the flame.

  7. Now add the dryfruits, seeds, cardomum powder.

  8. Mix well the ingredients.

  9. Add ginger powder and mix again.

  10. Lastly, add powdered sugar and mix well the ingredients.

  11. Let it cool completely, with both hands give a laddu (ball) shape.

  12. Repeat this step till last batch is ready.

  13. Keep it for 10-15 mins, untouched till it holds the shape.


For Serving
