Ingredients
1 cup aata (wheat flour)
1 cup ghee
1/3 sugar
2 cups water
10-12 almonds sliced
2-3 Powdered Small cardamom

Take a kadai, add wheat flour.
Stir it on medium flame till it turns aromatic.
Meanwhile, add sugar and water and let it to boil and switch off the flame.
Add ghee and stir well for 15-20 mins on low medium flame.
Add chopped almonds and cardamom powder, mix well. (Keep some chopped dry fruits aside for garnishing)
Add the sugar water and stir continuously, so that there is no lumps.
