(Serves 2-3)

Ingredients
1/2 cup ghee
2/3 cup wheat flour
1/2 cup sugar (as per taste)
1 tsp cardamom powder
Chopped Almonds (optional) for garnishing
Procedure
Take a heavy wok.
Add ghee and wheat flour.
Mix well.
On low medium flame keep stiring for 10-15 mins.
It will turn aromatic.
Add sugar and cardamom and mix it well.
Let it cook further for 5 mins on low flame.
For Serving
Garnish it with some chopped almonds , and enjoy Aate ka Churma this Shivratri...
