Aate Ka Churma

(Serves 2-3)








Ingredients


  1. 1/2 cup ghee

  2. 2/3 cup wheat flour

  3. 1/2 cup sugar (as per taste)

  4. 1 tsp cardamom powder

  5. Chopped Almonds (optional) for garnishing



Procedure





  1. Take a heavy wok.

  2. Add ghee and wheat flour.

  3. Mix well.

  4. On low medium flame keep stiring for 10-15 mins.

  5. It will turn aromatic.

  6. Add sugar and cardamom and mix it well.

  7. Let it cook further for 5 mins on low flame.



For Serving


Garnish it with some chopped almonds , and enjoy Aate ka Churma this Shivratri...
