Aam Panna

(Serves 6-8)






Ingredients


  1. 3 raw mangoes (washed)

  2. 1 cup powdered sugar (i have used jaggery powder)

  3. 1 tbsp roasted cumin (crushed)

  4. 1 tsp black salt

  5. 1/2 tsp salt

  6. 1 tsp black pepper

  7. Chilled water

For Mango

  1. Take a pressure cooker and add raw mangoes.

  2. Add water and cover it with lid and cook till 3-4 whistles and switch off the flame.

  3. Drain the water through fine strainer.

  4. Remove the pulp from the cooker mangoes and mash it nicely. (you can also grind it)


For Aam Panna

  1. Take a grinder and add mashed mangoes.

  2. Add sugar, salt, roasted cumin and black pepper, mix well all the ingredients till sugar dissolves..

  3. Take a glass, add 2 tbsp of mango pulp.

  4. Add chilled water.

  5. Stir well and your drink is ready

For Serving
