Aam Ki Launji

Ingredients


  1. 3 raw mangoes (peeled and chopped)

  2. 1/2 tsp cumin

  3. 1/2 tsp sauf

  4. 1/2 tsp methi dana

  5. 1/2 tsp kalonji

  6. 2.5-3 tbsp sugar

  7. 1 tsp salt

  8. 1/2 tsp red chili powder

  9. 1/2 tsp turmeric powder

  10. 1/2 tsp coriander powder

  11. 1/2 cup water

  12. 1 tsp oil

Procedure



  1. Heat oil in a pan.

  2. Add cumin, methi dana, kalonji, sauf and allow them to crackle.

  3. Add raw mangoes and mix well, cook for 2-3 mins on low flame.

  4. Add spices and mix well, cover it with a lid for 3-4 mins on low flame.

  5. Add sugar and mix well.

  6. Cover it with lid, till sugar gets dissolve.

  7. Add water and mix well.

  8. Cover it with lid.

  9. Keep stiring in between, till mangoes texture softens.



For Serving

Serve cold launji with lunch/ dinner and beat the summer heat.
