Aam ki Chutney

Ingredients


  1. 250 gms khatte aam (raw mangoes) roughly chopped.

  2. 2-3 green chilies roughly chopped

  3. 1 inch ginger roughly chopped

  4. 1 tsp salt

  5. 1 tsp dry mango powder

  6. 1/2 cup water

Procedure




  1. Take a grinder.

  2. Add raw mango, green chilies and ginger.

  3. Cover it with lid and grind it.

  4. Add water, spices and mix well.


For Serving

Serve Aam ki chutney with your lunch/ dinner and enjoy the sourness of mango.
