Ingredients
2 raw mango sliced
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp red chili powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
Pinch of asafoetida
Procedure
Take a mixing bowl.
Add sliced raw mango.
Add spices and mix well.
Keep it aside for a day or two and your instant pickle is ready.
For Serving
Best served with chole bhature
