Ingredients
2.5 cups milk powder
1/2 cup ghee
1/2 cup powder sugar
1/2-3/4 up milk
1 tsp cardamom powder
Pistachios for garnishing
Procedure

Take a heavy pan and add ghee.
Add milkpowder and mix well.
Keep stiring on low medium flame for 20-25 mins.
It will turn brownish in color.
Add milk in batches and mix well.
Add cardamom powder and mix well.
It will bind together well and leave the edges of the pan.
Switch off the flame and let it cool for 5-10 mins.
Add powdered sugar and mix well.
Use your hand to give it a Peda shape.
For Serving
Garnish it with pistachios and Enjoy the delicious Mathura Peda, this Janmashtami!!
